Between scheduled support sessions, our team stays connected. A staff member will call you each week on non-service days to check in, offer support, and make sure you’re okay.
We also complete regular evaluations to review your progress, adjust supports as needed, and ensure the care you receive continues to meet your goals.

Our team bring over 15 years of experience supporting people with a wide range of mental health conditions across both public and private settings. This includes anxiety, depression, ASD, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, personality disorders, schizophrenia, Dissociative Identity Disorder (DID), perinatal mental health, alcohol and other drug (AOD) concerns, and forensic mental health presentations.
We work with individuals who have complex mental health histories, offering person-centred, recovery-oriented support tailored to each person’s needs and pace.

What services does Gentleminds provide under the NDIS?
As a non-registered NDIS provider, we offer a variety of personalized supports designed for mental health recovery:
Assistance with Daily Life: Helping with personal care, meal preparation, household tasks, and medication reminders.
Social & Community Participation: Support to attend social groups, appointments, or recreational activities to reduce isolation.

Can I receive physiotherapy at my own home?
Yes. We provide many of our core supports directly in your home to help you manage everyday activities and grow your independence. This includes assistance with daily routines, household tasks, and developing the skills needed to live comfortably and independently.
Do you offer remote support if I cannot visit a clinic?
While we emphasize walking alongside you in the community , our Psychosocial Recovery Coaching and Capacity Building services are designed to be flexible. We can provide guidance, coordinate mental health services, and help you develop crisis management or recovery plans remotely to ensure you have consistent, dependable support regardless of your location.
